Sign the waiver to play

Your teammates must sign the waiver to play! The league coordinator will be taking roll call before the game to note who attended; this is one of the COVID-19 guidelines and helps with contact tracing. Waiver link:

Important COVID-19 information

Update: As of July 11, 2021, the Government of Saskatchewan has lifted COVID-19 restrictions, so these guidelines no longer apply.
Note: COVID-19 guidelines are subject to change. Unlike last year, we don't need to create cohorts, you may invite subs to play, and spectators are allowed. Subs must sign a waiver to play, and spectators must provide a name and phone number for contact tracing purposes.
  • Players must not arrive more than 5-10 minutes before the start of the game. If you start congregating, the league coordinator may ask you to return to your vehicle.
  • Games will be 40 minutes in length with 20 minutes between games to promote physical distancing between teams and to give staff and teams time to disinfect equipment.
  • Teams must follow the guidelines set out by Sports on Tap. For example, if players decide to stay after the game for food or drinks.
  • No handshakes, high fives or after-game cheers. Congratulatory gestures, such as high fives and handshakes, are not permitted.
  • Do not play if you are feeling unwell. Players who are sick or symptomatic must not participate.
